Terms of Service

These draft terms describe a proposed business-to-business Android device management service, CorpControl MDM, operated by Sheetal Enterprises (GSTIN 03ABLPW4987C1ZA) at Plot No. 95, Zeinth Colonyy, Civil City, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001, India. Commercial terms, governing law, and the final customer agreement must be reviewed before customers are invited to enroll devices.

Authorized customers and devices

The service is for organizations that own the enrolled Android devices and have authority to manage them. Company administrators must give employees appropriate notice about management, app restrictions, location, contacts, and remote wipe.

Administrative actions

Company administrators configure policies and authorize management actions within their company. A remote wipe on a Fully Managed device factory resets it and removes local data. A policy with restrictions disabled still leaves the device under management. Command delivery depends on device connectivity and Google's supported behavior.

Prohibited uses

The service may not be used for device financing or payment-default enforcement, exclusive employee monitoring, covert surveillance, unauthorized access, or management of devices outside the customer's authority. Use must comply with Android Enterprise and Google Play rules.

Privacy

Read the Privacy Policy for the categories and proposed handling of device and personal data. The final policy will be completed before release.
