Privacy Policy

This draft describes the proposed CorpControl MDM service for company-owned, Fully Managed Android devices. The service operator is Sheetal Enterprises (GSTIN 03ABLPW4987C1ZA), at Plot No. 95, Zeinth Colonyy, Civil City, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001, India. Data retention periods and the final customer agreement still require review before customer release.

Who manages the device

The customer company decides which employees and devices to enroll and selects its device and app policies. Sheetal Enterprises operates CorpControl MDM for that company. Android Device Policy, supplied by Google, applies supported policies on the device.

Information handled

Account and company information, employee assignment records, device identifiers and status, policy and compliance information, and administrative audit events are needed to run the service. If separately enabled and disclosed, on-demand location and contacts backup may also be processed.

Why information is used

Information is used to enroll and secure company devices, apply company-selected restrictions, support recovery of lost devices, troubleshoot failures, and record administrative actions. The service is not designed for covert employee monitoring, advertising, or payment-default device control.

Who can access information

Authorized company administrators can access data for their company. Platform support access must be limited and audited. Google and approved infrastructure providers may process data needed to deliver Android management and hosting.

Retention and deletion

Device and employee data must follow the customer agreement and configured retention schedule. Company administrators can request deletion or deprovisioning. Wiping a Fully Managed device factory resets it; relaxing restrictions leaves the device managed. Final retention periods will be set before launch.

Location and contacts

Lost Mode location works only on supported company-owned devices. Any companion-app location or contacts backup requires a separate company setting, device permission, clear employee disclosure, limited access, and an audit record. Those features stay disabled until their review and controls are complete.
